Named for the reverend credited with first aging whiskey in charred oak barrels, Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon continues this pioneering spirit. Each bottle blends 8 to 12-year-old barrels, all subjected to a Level 3 char, creating its signature warm spice and subtle smoke.
