Appleton Estate Rare Casks 12 Year Reserve in a Nutshell
Appleton Estate Rare Casks 12 Year Reserve is a blend of pot and column still rums, each aged for a minimum of 12 years in Jamaica's tropical climate. This extended aging, about three times faster than in cooler climates, alongside limestone-filtered water and proprietary yeast, develops its signature rich character and a distinctive orange peel note.
