This is my definitive Boulevardier, the one I make for myself. Elijah Craig brings a welcome rye spice that perfectly complements the rich, fruity Cocchi di Torino. Campari provides the backbone, and that flamed orange oil is the essential aromatic finish. A truly satisfying build for your home bar.

Recipe Ingredients

1.5 oz. (45 ml) Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Campari Aperitivo Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Add to Cart
Flamed orange oil for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Chill your serving glass.
2. Combine bourbon, Campari, and Cocchi Vermouth di Torino in a mixing glass.
3. Add ice. Stir until properly chilled.
4. Strain into your prepared glass.
5. Express and flame orange oil over the drink for garnish.
