Bay Roc Special
The Bay Roc Special is my kind of tiki drink: stirred, not shaken. It brilliantly balances rich, funky Jamaican rum and honeyed Drambuie with the bright spice of Jasper’s Mix. This creates a serious, spirit-forward cocktail that still has a playful, tropical soul.
Recipe Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 ml) Appleton Estate Rare Casks 12 Year Reserve Add to Cart
1/2 oz (15 ml) Drambuie Liqueur Add to Cart
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Jasper’s Mix*
1/2 oz (15 ml) Drambuie Liqueur Add to Cart
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Jasper’s Mix*
Recipe Directions
1. Combine the rum, Drambuie, and Jasper's Mix in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice.
3. Stir until well-chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled serving glass.
