The Alberto
The Alberto is one of those drinks that just nails it. The combination of dry fino sherry with the citrusy bitterness from Cocchi Americano and Cointreau is incredible. It’s gin-forward, complex, and ridiculously crushable for such a sophisticated drink. A true all-star lineup.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz (30 ml) Valdespino "Ynocente" Fino Sherry
1/2 oz (15 ml) Cocchi Americano Bianco Add to Cart
1/2 oz (15 ml) Cointreau Liqueur Add to Cart
Expressed orange oil and peel for garnish
Recipe Directions
2. Fill with ice.
3. Stir until properly chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled glass.
5. Express orange oil over the drink, then drop in the peel.
