Spirits for A Negroni for Pessimists (Eeyore's Requiem)

The cocktail was created by Chicago bartender Toby Maloney and named after Winnie-the-Pooh's friend, Eeyore, because he's "the most bitter character in literature." The original Eeyore's Requiem recipe is very specific, so the plan was to make this one exactly to spec. But after tasting the original, I ended up workshopping the drink and rebalancing it a bit to my tastes. So we're making both versions. Hope you enjoy these!
