Kōloa Kaua'i White Hawaiian Rum

Kōloa Kauaʻi White Hawaiian Rum hails from the island of Kauaʻi, where Hawaiʻi's first commercial sugar plantation was established in 1835. Though rum production is said to have begun around that time, Kōloa Rum Company, the first licensed distillery on Kauaʻi, didn't launch until 2009. They are known for crafting small-batch rums using local ingredients, including pure cane sugar and rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale. This White Rum is twice-distilled in a vintage copper pot still, resulting in a clean, crisp spirit. Interestingly, while a white rum, it's briefly aged in oak barrels and then filtered to remove color, a technique that adds subtle complexity.
