Blue Hawaii

The Blue Hawaii is not a joke cocktail in my book. When you ditch the sour mix and build it with a proper split base—a clean, column-still white rum next to a grassy, funky rhum agricole—it becomes a serious tiki drink with real backbone and surprising complexity.
