Tipperary -- Variation #2
My take on the Tipperary is all about letting the Redbreast 12 lead. With a lighter touch of Dolin Rouge and Green Chartreuse, the whiskey’s complex pot still character comes through beautifully. It’s a go-to build that shows how specific cocktail ingredients truly matter for your home bar.
