Tipperary Cocktail -- Variation #1
This Tipperary build is a personal favorite and a real stunner in the glass. We're using a lighter French vermouth, which lets the creamy Redbreast 12 and that punch of Green Chartreuse have their moment without getting weighed down. It’s just a beautifully balanced, complex sipper.
