The Matador
The Matador is just pure fun in a glass. The split base of blanc vermouth and orange curaçao with reposado tequila creates this wonderfully complex tropical profile that goes way beyond your typical pineapple sour. It’s sophisticated, but doesn't take itself too seriously.
Recipe Ingredients
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Dolin Blanc Vermouth Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Marie Brizard Orange Curaçao Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh pineapple juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Recipe Directions
2. Add ice.
3. Shake until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
