Recipe Ingredients

1.5 oz. (45 ml) Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) Laphroaig 10 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Aperol Aperitivo Add to Cart
Grapefruit oil
Scorched cinnamon stick for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Combine Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Laphroaig 10, and Aperol in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice. Stir thoroughly until well-chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled glass.
4. Express grapefruit oil over the surface.
5. Garnish with a scorched cinnamon stick.
