This drink shouldn't work on paper, but it's a total stunner. The nutty, dry Amontillado sherry perfectly tames the Bénédictine's sweetness, creating a rich, coffee-laced sipper that’s just a knockout. It’s my kind of end-of-shift drink.

Recipe Ingredients

1 oz. (30 ml) El Dorado 8 Year Rum Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Lustau Dry Amontillado Los Arcos Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) cold brew concentrate*
Expressed lemon oil

Recipe Directions

1. Into your mixing glass, add the El Dorado 8 Year Rum, Bénédictine, Amontillado Sherry, and cold brew concentrate.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Give that a good stir until properly chilled and diluted.
4. Strain over fresh ice into your serving glass.
5. Express the lemon oil over the drink.
