The Bali Bali
The Bali Bali is beautifully ridiculous, and that's why I love it. We're combining two rums, cognac, and gin—a wild idea that creates an incredibly complex tiki drink. The right craft spirits are essential to making it all work. Build this one for your home bar.
Recipe Ingredients
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) The Real McCoy 3 Year Rum Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Maison Rouge V.S.O.P. Cognac Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Beefeater London Dry Gin Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) passion fruit syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) pineapple juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) orange juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)
Pineapple fronds & cocktail umbrella for garnish
Recipe Directions
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
4. Strain over fresh ice into a large tiki mug or hurricane glass.
5. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a cocktail umbrella.
