The 1917 Deshler Recipe
The Deshler is a masterclass in balance, and the secret is all in the technique. Expressing three citrus peels directly into the mixing glass gives it this incredible brightness that perfectly cuts the rich Dubonnet and spicy rye. A truly impressive, complex pre-Prohibition cocktail.
