Sloe Gin Fizz Variation with Cognac

Here’s a great twist on the Sloe Gin Fizz. I add a bit of cognac because its warm, spicy notes give the sloe gin's bright fruitiness some real backbone. It creates a richer, more layered fizz that’s still incredibly drinkable and perfect for any season.
