Shrunken Skull -- Variation #1
This Shrunken Skull variation is my kind of Tiki: direct, balanced, and just plain delicious. The whole point is the interplay between the rich, molasses-forward Hamilton 86 Demerara and the drier Don Q Gold. It's a simple build that really lets the rums shine.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Anders’ Grenadine
1 oz. (30 ml) Don Q Gold Rum Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lime juice
Pineapple fronds and cocktail umbrella for garnish

Recipe Directions
1. Combine the Anders’ Grenadine, Don Q Gold Rum, Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum, and fresh lime juice in a shaker.
2. Add ice.
3. Shake until thoroughly chilled.
4. Strain into your serving glass.
5. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a cocktail umbrella.
