I love the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club for its brilliant structure. Using both a rich Demerara and a clean, aged white rum creates some real depth. Add the ginger and clove spice from a quality Falernum, and you get a Daiquiri's more interesting cousin.

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) The Real McCoy 3 Year Rum Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Marie Brizard Orange Curaçao Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lime juice
Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Combine both rums, falernum, orange curaçao, and fresh lime juice in a shaker.
2. Add ice.
3. Shake until well-chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
5. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
