Queen's Park Hotel Super Cocktail -- Variation #4
This is my definitive version of the Queen's Park Hotel Super. The spicy character of Angostura rum and bitters finds a perfect match in the rich Cocchi di Torino. It adds a wonderful depth that makes the whole cocktail sing, creating a seriously impressive and balanced drink.
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) homemade grenadine
1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
4 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart (2 dashes from a larger bottle)
Recipe Directions
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
