The Pendennis Club is just a beautifully constructed cocktail. For me, it’s a masterclass in balance, where the lush stone fruit from the Giffard Abricot du Roussillon finds its perfect counterpoint in the bright, distinctive spice of the Peychaud’s Bitters. A truly gorgeous gin sour.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz (30 ml) Giffard Abricot Du Roussillon Add to Cart
1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters Add to Cart
Recipe Directions
2. Add ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
