Old Hickory
The Old Hickory is one of my absolute favorite low-proof cocktails. It’s built entirely on the beautiful interplay between sweet and dry vermouths, with Peychaud's and orange bitters adding that necessary spice and depth. It’s sophisticated, refreshing, and just so smartly constructed. What a drink.
