La Rosita
The La Rosita is one of those drinks that just hits differently. Think of it as a Negroni that took a trip to Jalisco. The key is the split vermouth base, which beautifully balances the reposado tequila and Campari. That final grapefruit twist is everything.
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Campari Aperitivo Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Dolin Dry Vermouth De Chambéry Add to Cart
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart
Expressed grapefruit oil
Recipe Directions
2. Combine the Siete Leguas Reposado, Campari, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Dolin Dry Vermouth, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass.
3. Add ice to your mixing glass.
4. Stir thoroughly until well-chilled and properly diluted.
5. Strain the cocktail into your chilled glass.
6. Express the grapefruit oil over the drink.
