La Louisiane
I have a real soft spot for the La Louisiane, the Vieux Carré's slightly sweeter, more mysterious sibling. That touch of Bénédictine adds a complex, herbal sweetness that plays beautifully against the rye's spice. It’s just a stunning sipper from old New Orleans.
