Harvey Wallbanger

The Harvey Wallbanger gets a bad rap, but it’s a genuinely great cocktail when you use fresh ingredients. My version adds a little dry curaçao and lemon for balance. The real key is floating the Galliano so the first sip is bright, herbal, and anise-forward.
