The Fog Cutter is tiki royalty, but not just a rum-fest. I love how the gin’s botanicals, the pisco's bright fruit, and the nutty sherry all play together. It's a surprisingly sophisticated, layered drink that really does clear the head.

Recipe Ingredients

1.5 oz. (45 ml) The Real McCoy 3 Year Rum Add to Cart
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Barsol Quebranta Pisco Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Plymouth Gin Add to Cart
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) Lustau Dry Amontillado Los Arcos Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) orgeat
Orange wheel & mint sprig for garnish

Recipe Directions

1. Grab your shaker tin.
2. Add the rum, pisco, gin, dry curaçao, amontillado sherry, fresh lemon juice, and orgeat to the tin.
3. Fill the tin with ice.
4. Give it a good, hard shake until well-chilled.
5. Double strain into your chilled glass.
6. Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint sprig.
