El Presidente -- Variation #3

This is the El Presidente I keep coming back to for my own home bar. By swapping standard dry vermouth for Dolin Blanc, the cocktail becomes softer and more floral, which plays beautifully with the bright, grassy funk of Probitas rum. It's a simple, intentional tweak that really shines.
