El Presidente -- Variation #2
This is the El Presidente I find myself returning to. By using a flavorful white rum and swapping in blanc vermouth, the whole drink becomes brighter and more floral. It’s an incredibly balanced cocktail where every single ingredient gets a chance to shine.
