Creole Cocktail
I love the Creole Cocktail; it's like a Manhattan that went to graduate school. The spicy rye gets a complex, herbal lift from the Bénédictine and a bittersweet depth from the Ramazzotti. It’s a beautifully layered drink that really shows what good modifiers can do.
