I know the Chilailey's sounds a little strange on paper, but it’s a personal favorite for a reason. The Ancho Reyes’s bright, smoky chile warmth is perfectly met by the cool, sweet creaminess of the Bailey's. It's a ridiculously simple and genuinely fun cocktail.
