I have a real soft spot for the Charlie Chaplin; it's a fantastically simple cocktail where balance is everything. The magic happens when the jammy, tart sloe gin and rich apricot liqueur are pulled together by that sharp lime juice. It’s bright, refreshing, and an absolute delight.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Giffard Abricot Du Roussillon Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lime juice
Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish
Recipe Directions
2. Add ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
