This classic Italian liqueur is made by infusing apricot pulp in sugar beet alcohol. Luxardo, a company established in 1821 and still family-owned, is renowned for its Maraschino liqueur and cherries, and their Apricot Liqueur shares that heritage of quality. The distillery, originally founded in Zara, Dalmatia (now part of Croatia), relocated to Torreglia, Italy, after World War II.
