Notably, after distillation from fresh sugarcane juice, the Prata expression is rested for six months in open steel tanks, a process that allows by-products to evaporate and contributes to its signature fresh, fruity, and smooth character without any added sugar. The distillery also employs native stingless bees for sugarcane pollination, aiding in both spirit quality and bee conservation.
