The Psycho Killer

The Psycho Killer is one of those drinks I'm incredibly proud of. It sounds intense, but the way the rich, spiced fruit of the Irish whiskey works with the cocoa-infused Campari, banana, and a whisper of absinthe creates something beautifully complex and unexpectedly smooth.

Recipe Ingredients

Recipe Directions

1. Grab your mixing glass.
2. Add the Red Breast, cocoa nib Campari, white crème de cacao, Banane du Brésil, and two dashes of absinthe.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
4. Give it a good, long stir until properly chilled.
5. Strain neat into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
