The Japanese Cocktail (Jerry Thomas)
Don't let the name fool you; this Jerry Thomas classic is pure French-almond-bitter magic. I love how the cognac, orgeat, and cardamom bitters combine into something so rich and satisfying. It’s a deceptively simple stirred drink that absolutely sings in the glass.
