The Go-To Sherry Eggnog Recipe

This is my definitive eggnog. The secret is swapping in a quality Amontillado Sherry, which lends a dry, nutty complexity that cuts right through the richness. It’s a lighter, more sophisticated take on the classic that still feels completely festive.
