The Brandy Old Fashioned, Sweet (aka Wisconsin Old Fashioned)
Look, I have a huge soft spot for the Brandy Old Fashioned. It's a Midwestern supper club hug in a glass. The muddled fruit and splash of sweet soda aren't heresy; they create a uniquely bright, fun, and frankly delicious drink that absolutely holds its own.
Recipe Ingredients
1 small wedge of orange
1 cocktail cherry
4 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters Add to Cart
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)
2 oz. (60 ml) Korbel Brandy Add to Cart
1/2-1 oz. (15-30 ml) 7up or Sprite
Orange slice and cocktail cherry for garnish
1 cocktail cherry

Recipe Directions
1. In a rocks glass, add the orange wedge, cocktail cherry, Angostura Bitters, and simple syrup.
2. Give that a good muddle.
3. Add the Korbel Brandy.
4. Fill the glass with ice.
5. Stir to chill and combine.
6. Top with 7up or Sprite.
