The Spanish Coffee is dinner and a show, and a classic Portland bar call for good reason. You get that pyrotechnic fun from the Hamilton 151 rum, which leaves behind a wonderful caramelized flavor, balanced by bright orange curaçao and St. George’s chicory coffee notes.
