Smoked Maple Old Fashioned -- Variation #1

This version is a personal favorite for its simplicity and depth. Swapping sugar for maple syrup brings a rich, woodsy sweetness that, when combined with black walnut bitters, gives the bourbon an incredible autumnal character. It’s a cozy, perfectly balanced sipper that just always hits the spot.
