Sloe Gin Sour
Building an iconic cocktail like the Old Fashioned is all about selecting the right components, and this collection is your blueprint. The bourbon we've chosen provides that essential caramel and oak foundation, while the demerara gum syrup adds a rich texture and molasses note that simple syrup just can't replicate. Of course, the bitters are critical; they're the spice rack of the drink, and the ones here offer those classic aromatic and orange profiles. These aren't just bottles on a shelf; they are the specific craft spirits and cocktail ingredients I use to build a balanced, deeply satisfying Old Fashioned. It’s a straightforward formula that I’ve leaned on for years, both behind the bar and for my own home bar. With these tools from the Bitter Bear spirits shop, curated by me, Anders Erickson, you have exactly what you need to nail this classic every single time.
