Sloe Gin Fizz Variation with Navy Strength Gin

This is my favorite way to make a Sloe Gin Fizz. That half-ounce of navy strength gin provides the perfect botanical punch to cut through the jammy sloe gin. It keeps the drink from becoming too sweet, adding structure and a dry, juniper-forward finish. Deliciously balanced.
