Sloe Gin Fizz Variation with Campari

Here’s a fun riff on the Sloe Gin Fizz. Campari’s assertive bitterness provides the perfect counterpoint to the jammy sweetness of sloe gin, pulling the drink into a drier, more complex space that I find incredibly satisfying. It just makes perfect sense.
