Sloe Gin Fizz
The Sloe Gin Fizz is easily one of my favorite ways to enjoy sloe gin. It’s straightforward, refreshing, and really lets the spirit’s unique character come through. You get that bright, plummy fruit balanced by the lemon, all lifted by a bit of fizz. A perfect afternoon classic.
Recipe Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Plymouth Sloe Gin Add to Cart
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)
2-3 oz. (60-90 ml) sparkling water
Lemon wheel and cocktail cherry for garnish

Recipe Directions
1. Combine sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled fizz glass or highball.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cocktail cherry.
