Sidecar -- Variation #3

This is the Sidecar build I keep coming back to. Using a V.S.O.P. Cognac brings a richer, wood-aged character that the drier Pierre Ferrand Curaçao complements perfectly. It’s a sophisticated and ridiculously satisfying version of the classic—a real benchmark for any home bar.
