Sidecar -- Variation #2

This is the Sidecar build I personally lean on. Using a VSOP Cognac and a proper dry curaçao—key cocktail ingredients for any serious home bar—creates a drier, more spirit-forward drink. These are the exact craft spirits I chose for the Bitter Bear collection for that very reason.
