Sentimental Gentleman -- Variation #2

I’ll admit, I have a real soft spot for this variation. The Nux Alpina brings a rich, toasted walnut character that plays so well against the Bénédictine’s honeyed herbs. It creates a wonderfully balanced and moody sipper that really lets the Scotch character come through.
