Old Pal
The Old Pal is the Boulevardier's brighter, livelier cousin. For me, the key is swapping the traditional dry vermouth for a blanc like Dolin. Its slight floral sweetness perfectly rounds out the spicy rye and Campari, creating a beautifully balanced, approachable cocktail.
Recipe Ingredients
1.5 oz. Rittenhouse 100 proof Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Campari Aperitivo Add to Cart
3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth Add to Cart
Expressed lemon oil and peel for garnish

Recipe Directions
1. Combine rye whiskey, Campari, and Dolin Blanc vermouth in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until well-chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
