Mundo Perdido
I’m a huge fan of the Mundo Perdido. It’s all about that interplay between the deep, molasses notes of the Demerara rum and the bright kick from the apple brandy. The cinnamon and lemon bring it all into focus. A beautifully layered sour that really shines.
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Laird's Straight Apple Brandy 100 Proof Bottled In Bond Add to Cart
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 sugar:water)
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) cinnamon syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice
Apple slices for garnish
Recipe Directions
2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with apple slices.
