Modified "Original" Tequila Sunrise Recipe

Let's rescue the Tequila Sunrise from its sugary, two-toned reputation. This build uses quality creme de cassis for its deep berry notes, plus a little homemade grenadine and bitters for complexity. It’s the bright, agave-forward highball it was always meant to be; one I actually want to drink.
