Jasper’s Rum Punch might just be my desert island drink. It's genius in its simplicity; the bright, spiced Jasper's Mix provides the perfect structure to tame—but not hide—the glorious, wild funk of Wray & Nephew. It’s a two-ingredient cocktail that tastes incredibly complex and refreshing.
Recipe Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 ml) Jasper’s Mix*
1.5 oz (45 ml) Wray & Nephew Jamaican Overproof Rum
Grated nutmeg and mint sprig for garnish
1.5 oz (45 ml) Wray & Nephew Jamaican Overproof Rum
Grated nutmeg and mint sprig for garnish
Recipe Directions
1. Combine Jasper's Mix and Wray & Nephew Jamaican Overproof Rum in a glass.
2. Add fresh ice.
3. Stir briefly to combine and chill.
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a mint sprig.
