Enzoni

The Enzoni is a brilliant modern classic, basically a Negroni that went on a summer vacation. Muddled grapes bring a juicy freshness that cuts through the Campari bitterness and sings with the gin botanicals. It’s complex, balanced, and just ridiculously refreshing. An absolute favorite of mine.
